PetPartners Pet Insurance
Take the stress out of unexpected vet bills. Pet insurance reimburses you for the cost of accidents and illnesses. Coverage Includes: medication, laboratory services, treatment, and more. Plus, you can visit any licensed veterinarian or specialist. Available only during Open enrollment, as a New Hire, or through a qualifying event (newly acquired pet).

Pick between 2 plans:
• Accident & Illness
– covers injuries that result from accidents, such as bee stings, animal bites, foreign ingestion, and broken bones. It also includes coverage for illnesses and more serious medical conditions a pet can develop at any point in their life and could need ongoing care. Conditions such as allergies, heart conditions, diabetes, or cancer are great examples.
• Accident & Illness with Wellness
– includes the same coverage as the Accident & Illness plan with additional coverage for preventative care, such as vaccinations, parasite prevention, and annual wellness exams.

These plans are designed to protect you and your furry friend from unpreventable and unexpected accidents or illnesses. Routine wellness visits for annual checkups, vaccines, flea control, annual bloodwork, etc. are not covered under Accident & Illness.

Please note that PetPartners will contact you after the effective date to complete your pet profile – this is a crucial step to complete your enrollment.

NOTE: Pets 11 years and older are not eligible for coverage. If your pet is already enrolled in a PetPartners plan and turns 11+, they will continue to have coverage, assuming no gap in coverage
