The Miller Group makes available an accident policy for its regular full-time employees and their families. The plan provides cash directly to the insured to help offset out-of-pocket costs due to an accident. Team members are responsible for the full cost of this benefit.

The Miller Group makes available a critical illness policy for its regular full-time employees and their families. Coverage provides cash directly to the insured to help offset out-of-pocket costs due to specific, extreme illnesses listed below.
Team Members may choose a $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 lump sum benefit amount. If elected when first eligible to enroll, no Evidence of Insurability is required.
