Miller Contributions
The Miller Group is proud to contribute to employee HSA and FSA accounts. You will receive the full Miller Group Contribution amount below (dependent on Medical Coverage level) if you complete Biometrics and test tobacco-free by 12/31 (or participate in the smoking cessation program). If you complete Biometrics but don’t test tobacco-free and don’t participate in the cessation program, you will receive a 50% Miller Group Contribution.
Note: The Miller Group Contribution amount will be pro-rated upon year of hire.

The Miller Group contributes up to $1,100 or $2,100 (see below) to team members’ HSA or FSA when they meet certain requirements.

Gym Membership
The Miller Group will pay $25 per month for an associate’s gym membership, up to a maximum of $300 per year. The amount reimbursed depends on the number of visits to the gym during a given month:
- For months with 12 or more visits to the gym, the associate will be reimbursed the full $25.
- For months with 8 to 11 visits to the gym, the associate will be reimbursed $20.
- Months with fewer than 8 visits will not be reimbursed.
Associates must request reimbursement on a monthly basis by submitting the following to the Wellness Manager (Laura Forbes):
- Gym Reimbursement Request form; and
- Written documentation from the fitness club indicating how many times they worked out at the facility that month.
5k Reimbursement
Each month, The Miller Group will reimburse associates and/or their family members for entry fees in races (such as 5Ks or 10Ks) in which they participate. There is a maximum of one race per person, per month and an overall maximum reimbursement of $50 per month, including spouses and children.
Associates may request reimbursement by submitting the following to the Wellness Manager:
- A Race Reimbursement Request form; and
- Receipt(s) reflecting the amount of the entry fee(s)
Activity Tracker
The Miller Group will reimburse $50 per employee for the purchase of any activity tracker (Fitbit, Garmin, and so on). Employees can request reimbursement every two years.
Associates may request reimbursement by submitting the following to the Wellness Manager:
- An Activity Tracker Reimbursement Request form; and
- Receipt or proof of purchase
You (and your spouse if also enrolled) will receive a monthly Medical Premium Reduction in the amount of $50.00 each for the following year if you complete Biometrics and sign the tobacco-free affidavit by 12/31 (or participate in the smoking cessation program).
If you (and your spouse if also enrolled) only complete 1 of the 2 actions, you will receive a monthly Medical Premium Reduction in the amount of $25.00 each.
